About the team
As part of expanding the Pandora’s Digital & Technology organization in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join the Platform and Partnership Management team in the IT Delivery and Planning team in the CDTO organization. You will be part of a company in an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate and performance-driven people. We are a busy department of 8 people, who work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone.

 

The PPM Student Assistant will be part of the IT Delivery and Planning team, and will perform various tasks in administration and strategy. You will work with various stakeholder across the organization.

You will be responsible for various administrative and strategy tasks within the PPM team. You will also assist in workshop planning/execution and creation of various Policies and Processes for PPM. You will work closely with the PPM team in your daily work.

Your Role as a Student Assistant:

  • Be responsible for application support of the teams’ processes, currently through ServiceNow
  • Document processes and meetings
  • Development and administration of Teams sites related to PPM
  • Other ad hoc tasks supporting the team
  • Possibility of driving your own RFI
  • Negotiate small contracts with external vendors

  • A highly motivated and self-starter approach to tasks with focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • You have good skills with PowerPoint, Excel and Visio. 
  • You have a strong analytical mind.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral, as English is the corporate language. 
  • Keen interest in understanding and optimizing processes
  • Flexibility concerning workhours, preferably we would like to see you 2 days at the office per week

 

 

Additional Information

The positions are expected to be approx. 15 – 20 hours on a weekly basis.
