Student Assistant @ Pandora Global Commercial Operations

In this global role, you will report to the Executive Assistant of the CCO, but on a day-to-day basis work with different members of the Global Commercial Operations team. You will get exposed to a variety of tasks, which will typically include:

Calendar management

Management of expense reports

Event coordination – events in the Global Commercial Operations area or for the Leadership Team

Travel booking
-
Ad hoc coordination & administrative tasks

Project coordination
-
Support with Townhalls, Newsletter, New Joiners, etc.

Stakeholder management

Cross-functional Collaboration

Help with workshop prep
Competencies/requirements:
-
Study a degree in Denmark within business, economics, commercial, marketing, branding, finance, strategy or similar relevant program

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English)

Strong ability to work independently while still being a team player

Proactive analytical thinker with strong stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail
-
Proficient user of Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel

Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and your working hours will be 20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
