About the team:
As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of Pandora’s Digital & Technology function and our Strategy, Portfolio & Value Management team. It is a growing, passionate team of thinkers, makers, and doers focused on shaping Pandora’s digital future while enabling transparency and prioritization across Pandora’s digital portfolio. While our team sits in both Copenhagen and Warsaw, all three Strategy team members are located in our Digital Hub in Copenhagen.
We work directly with the CDTO, senior stakeholders, digital teams, and colleagues to define and drive Pandora’s digital and technology vision and ensure we have the right level of governance in place to deliver on Pandora’s strategic themes. We lead the strategy development and translate it into clear and compelling narratives. In addition, we deliver executive support to our CDTO.
About the role:
You will be an integrated part of the Strategy team working alongside our Strategy Managers driving strategic initiatives, supporting executive communications, and overseeing execution of Pandora’s Phoenix Strategy and our Digital Strategy.
Your role as a Student Assistant will be dynamic and can include:

Facilitation of monthly and quarterly reviews and reporting on e.g., OKRs and strategic initiatives (PowerPoint presentations, data extracts, stakeholder orchestration, etc.)

Supporting Strategy team on business analyses, extracting the so-what and creating presentation material for various types of meetings and audiences

Drive smaller, strategic initiatives forward in collaboration with Strategy Managers

Analyzing emerging key digital trends and ensure continuous learning in the team

Preparing for strategy formulation workshops and creating communications material

Ad hoc tasks

What is needed to succeed:
We are looking for a proactive and driven student with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset that can work independently on tasks and in close collaboration with the rest of the team. More specifically, you come with:

A flair or genuine interest for Digital/IT, Emerging Trends, Strategy and Communications

Field of study in IT, Business Administration, Business Development – ideally starting your Master degree or have at least 1 year left in your studies

Advanced skills with IT and MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)

Fluency in English, both written and oral

Proactive mindset, humble attitude and a willingness to learn – while being a team player and contributing to the social aspects of work

Previous work experience in strategy and/or technology would be a plus

Ability to work ~20 hours a week
Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Digital Hub in Copenhagen, Denmark, and your working hours will be 20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
