Student Assistant, Tactical Planning - Global Supply Chain

As a Student Assistant in Tactical Planning, you will support the planners and manager on their projects as well as be responsible for your own tasks such as reporting, consolidating data, facilitating meetings – all connected to Tactical Planning. You will especially take on an active role in the new product introduction (NPI) supply planning process, where you will be consolidating data, creating material and communicating with a multitude of stakeholders in Global Merchandising and Production in Thailand. Additionally, you will:
- Be responsible for creating order placement overviews and updating data inputs and presentations for NPI planning.
- Be responsible for consolidating and delivering inputs to Production, Global Treasury, and Merchandising, in a specific cadence or on demand.
- Support the planners and manager in ad-hoc investigations and data creation.

High degree of accountability and responsibility
You could be our new Student Assistant if you have strong supply chain skills and a clear interest in learning and mastering this field. You demonstrate a high degree of accountability and responsibility, have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and you have strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data. You have a strong eye for detail, while also great at keeping an overview and seeing the big picture, and you are truly passionate about supply chain and everything it entails.
Additionally, we hope you have or can demonstrate:
- Pursuit of a Master’s degree within Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or similar – ideally with at least 1 year left in your studies
- Working experience within Supply Chain, Planning or similar
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office-package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with advanced planning system is a plus
- You value “trust and honesty”, while showing a high degree of integrity
- You strive to be an ideal team player for your colleagues and managers – fitting into a culture grounded on diversity and inclusion
Additional Information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
