Do you want to work with a Social Media marketing team in an international environment? Do you want to be a key contributor to social media performance reporting, trends & insights spotting, executing campaigns/projects, working with local markets, and supporting the teams overall? Then you may be the new Student Assistant that we are looking for!

 

Supporting the Social Media team of the world’s leading jewellery brand

You will be a part of Global Digital Marketing, and will support the Social Media team with various tasks. Your main responsibility will be to support with social media performance reporting, dashboard development, trends & insights spotting in addition to campaign-related work, asset management, and assisting the local markets across the organization. More specifically, your tasks may include:

  • Performance reporting and dashboard development
  • Content tagging
  • Analysis leading to insights and trend spotting
  • Asset management and content planning
  • Uploading and scheduling of content in our Social Media Management tools
  • Support local market requests
  • Support on brainstorming for campaign content/market analysis
  • Support on filling out presentations and other documents

 

A curious mindset with a flair for details

You have an analytical mindset, strong excel skills, a flair for numbers and can spot insights based on data. You have a passion for digital marketing and are curious about how it works and how to optimize it. You are a humble team player with a good attitude and a willingness to learn. You have a structured approach to your work and are able to work independently and follow through with your tasks. You pay attention to the details, and you feel confident working within various social media tools. Additionally, we hope you can demonstrate:

 

  • At least 1 year left on your studies within a relevant field of study
  • Great planning and project management skills
  • Hands-on and proactive work mindset
  • An analytical thinking and a proficiency working with data in Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in English in both writing and speaking

Additional Information

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and your working hours will be 15-20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
