Support on Pandora’s Engraving team

As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Engraving team in delivering our ambitious growth plans and bringing to life a distinctive and engaging personalization universe. Your work will contribute to Pandora’s vision of becoming the world’s most desirable brand in the accessible jewelry market.

 

In this global role, you will report directly to the Engraving Brand Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across and beyond Marketing on a daily basis.

Your role as Student Assistant will be dynamic - you will get exposed to a variety of tasks, which will typically include supporting the Brand Manager in:

  • Monthly and ad hoc reporting
  • New product launch activities (eg. briefs, roadmap definition)
  • Marketing-related request (eg. preparation for shooting, product priority guidance)
  • Preparation for presentations for key strategic meetings with top management
  • Ad hoc events participation, to foster engraving visibility within the organization
  • Consumer and market analyses
  • Internal meetings coordination
  • On-going and ad hoc tasks in the GBU Engraving team

 

Excellent structured mindset and commercial instinct

In this role, we are looking for a candidate with a passion for understanding consumers and ability to work with consumer insights to inform decisions. We need a candidate with solid analytical skills and an interest in commercial performance analysis as well as consumer insights. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. You are organized and structured, with a keen eye for detail Last but not least, you have a genuine interest in jewelry and retail. Further, it is a plus if you have a natural flair for culture and trends. Additionally, we hope to see that you are:

  • Ideally, at the end of the Bachelor or on the first year of the Master’s degree in Field of study preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar or have at least 1,5 years left in your studies
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English are a must
  • A proficient user in the Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills

 

Additional information

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and your working hours will be 20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
