Provide Support to Pandora’s growth trajectory

The Change Management team is looking for a Student Assistant to provide some hands-on support and fresh ideas in the building of Pandora’s agile change management framework and toolbox. Apart from that, you will also support various change management activities and tasks, gaining hands-on experience in change management within a growing Digital & Technology domain across the organization.

 

You will get involved in real-world projects, thus gaining the opportunity to learn from seasoned change professionals. We expect you to bring new ideas and initiatives, so you may even put some of those ideas into action! More specifically, your main responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting Change Management Activities: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of change management strategies and initiatives including training materials.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to crafting effective communication materials to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analysing, and presenting data related to change management initiatives, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of change management processes, ensuring accessibility for team members.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between departments.

You are flexible and can adapt to changing priorities, contributing to a positive and solution-oriented team culture. You value teamwork, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, we hope you can demonstrate:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant Master’s program – ideally related to change management and/or leadership
  • Basic understanding of change management principles – coursework or previous experience would be a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to write engaging content and good presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • Ability to create Social Media videos would be an advantage
     

Your New Team

The team was established about one and a half years ago in Digital & Technology, to support large strategic transformation programs and initiatives across our digital product lines from a change management perspective. The team consists of 7 change professionals based in Copenhagen, Denmark and 1 in Bangkok, Thailand with diverse skillsets and expertise - ranging from change strategy, communications, learning and enablement, to change leadership. We are now in a growth phase where we need to build change capabilities across our Digital  & Technology domain. Our focus is on building an agile change management framework and toolbox for our D&T colleagues to leverage, as well as providing hands on change management consulting services to some of our large transformation programs.

 

Additional information 

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
