Your Role in the Team 

As a student assistant, you'll collaborate closely with the Global eCommerce team and work alongside both local and international teams across Pandora.net and our global Digital Partners. Your mission is to monitor and analyze key business metrics, support business development through research and reporting, and coordinate projects that enhance our digital operations. From preparing reports and dashboards to assisting with meeting planning and cross-team initiatives, you'll be central to delivering data-driven results and fostering continuous improvement in our digital ecosystem.  

 

Examples of core responsibilities include

  • Insights and reporting, digital operations, and projects that drive business improvement. 
  • Help boost online sales and streamline operations.  
  • Monitor and analyze key business and digital performance metrics, including weekly eCommerce KPIs, to guide decision-making.  
  • Conduct desk research on market trends, competitors, and best practices, presenting findings to support business cases and recommendations.  
  • Prepare and update reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.  
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas and follow-ups, ensuring organized and productive sessions.  
  • Maintain and refresh process documentation, best practices, and meeting follow-ups for the team.  
  • Coordinate tasks across teams for timely updates and seamless project execution.  
  • Support the execution of ad-hoc tasks and projects and initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Bring  

We seek a motivated self-starter with a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills, eager to learn and grow in a global eCommerce environment. You thrive in cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly to change. Ideally, you have experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), are comfortable with digital platforms, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. An interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and business development—along with excellent English communication skills and a curious, proactive attitude—will help you excel in this role.  

  • Strong analytical and research skills with great attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital platforms.  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Genuine interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and business development.  
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.  
  • Curious, eager to learn, and proactive.
