We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student to join our team as eCommerce Excellence -Delivery Operations, Student Assistant. You will play a key role in assisting and supporting delivery-orientated OMNI-initiatives such as Click & Collect, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure best practices to increase efficiency and commercial impact globally.

 

In eCommerce Excellence, you will be part of a team that drives and executes new eCommerce and OMNIchannel initiatives with a strong commercial impact by delivering a world-class, value-driven customer experience. Through collaborative problem-solving, we craft sustainable solutions, lead global policy standards and ensure alignment across diverse clusters and channels.

 

The Student Assistant in the eCommerce Excellence team is structured and organized, demonstrating analytical and conceptual skills. With a data-driven, pro-active mindset and excellent communication abilities, you possess the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively, making you a valuable asset in our dynamic work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting & supporting OMNI and Delivery Operations development and optimization initiatives
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly data analysis for a top OMNI customer experience
  • Cluster support and project management on different eCommerce and OMNIchannel initiatives
  • Creating and reviewing OMNI documentation and training guides
  • Suggesting initiatives with commercial impact and supporting business cases
  • Analyzing consumer & competitor data for key insights
  • Ad-hoc tasks as needed

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate is:

  • Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent degree
  • Skilled user of Microsoft package
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently and to prioritize
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, ever changing and fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, structured and has excellent attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
  • Team player with proactive and flexible attitude
  • Has strong communication skills and is fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage
