Student Assistant, Web & Display

Then you might be our new student assistant in the Web & Display team in Global Marketing.

 

Your areas of responsibility:

As a student assistant, you will support the Web & Display team in Global Marketing. The team is responsible for defining, handling, executing & evaluating all digital projects, marketing campaigns and content management across markets and across the year as part of our go-to-market operating model.

Among your key responsibilities will be assisting the entire Web & Display team with their respective business focus from campaign projects to digital content management. This specific role will focus more on website analytics, helping the performance & optimization specialist. Your main tasks will be:

 

  • Assist with global digital campaign reporting based on Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics data;
  • Deliver ad hoc insights & learnings regarding specific webpage performances based on behavioral analytics tools (ContentSquare);
  • Support the team with ad hoc analytics requests on website insights coming from different global stakeholders from the broader marketing team;
  • Build PowerPoints decks with the learnings you found in the above tasks, tailoring the storytelling to specific and diverse audiences needs;

The Web & Display team consist of 12 team members, who all work very closely with other departments, Clusters and Markets. While we are professional and take our jobs seriously, we appreciate and maintain an informal and humorous tone.

 

What is needed for you to succeed in this role:

  • You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree preferably in Marketing, Brand and communication and have more than one year left of your studies;
  • You have a rational mind and you understand the basics of statistics. You feel confident in spending time on reading data and figure out the main learnings/takeaways;
  • You are a competent user of Microsoft Office, and tools like Power BI and Adobe/Google Analytics will be a plus. If you never saw them, you just need to be eager to learn;
  • You have strong English proficiency, both written and spoken;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication competences
  • You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks at the same time
  • You take an organized and structured approach to your tasks with high attention to detail;
  • A proactive and enterprising spirit is a big plus;

 

Additional information:

You will be working approximately 15-20 hours per week and the work time can be planned around your studies.
