Student Assistant, Supply Planning
Are you a student looking to gain practical experience in the world of supply chain operations? We’re seeking a motivated Supply Planning Student Assistant to join our team!
This role offers hands-on learning opportunities and valuable insights to supply planning where you get the chance to make an impact in a dynamic environment. Your responsibility will be to support your colleagues in weekly operational activities to ensure key availability KPI targets are met and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The key success factors for this position include collaboration, teamwork, attention to detail and a positive and proactive mindset.
You will be part of the Global Supply planning team with people working within various responsibility areas; from bridging the business needs to technical solutions, to the operational planning of our value chain from our production in Thailand to our DCs. We work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone. In this role you will report to the Supply planning manager.
As a Supply Planning Student Assistant, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks working with stakeholders across the value chain, therefore a structured and independent approach is required. You will also be taking part in transformational projects and supporting the Supply planners with the implementation of new supply chain planning solutions such as Compass and O9.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team with the operational execution of tasks related to jewelry planning, including preparing and executing transfer orders between our main distribution centers (DCs), as well as placing transfers for secondary DCs such as the China market
- Assisting in various reporting needs, including updating availability and inventory projections, WOC reporting, and weekly KPI reviews
- Performing various data analysis tasks to support planning and decision-making
- Mapping, developing, and documenting processes across the global organization to drive standardization and improvements
- Developing, maintaining and improving supply planning tools and reports, including Power Bi Dashboards, inventory files and KPI tracking tools
- Handling other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team’s operational and strategic goals
In return Pandora will offer:
- A chance to develop professional and personal skills
- Opportunity to develop existing processes and shape the way things are done currently
- Work experience in a globally recognized brand
- Ability to build a cross-functional network of colleagues
- Experience in a dynamic environment
- Regular support and coaching from your manager and team members
- Flexible working hours, especially around exams
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate is:
You might be the person we are looking for if you bring strong supply chain skills and a clear interest in learning and growing within this field. Furthermore, while flexibility to accommodate schedules is important, ability to support execution of operational tasks on Mondays is essential. Ideally, you are available to work 2-3 days per week, with Monday as a fixed requirement.
We hope that you have or can demonstrate:
- You are currently pursuing, or about to begin, a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field — ideally with 1.5–2 years remaining before graduation
- Previous working experience within Supply Chain, Planning, or a similar field
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with advanced planning systems is a plus (e.g., SAP, O9)
- Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage — but curiosity and a willingness to learn are just as important
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal skills

The role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Your working hours will be 20 hours on average per week (less around exams and more when possible and required). To apply for this position, you need to currently be a student enrolled at a Danish university.
