Your Role in the Team 

As a Student Assistant, you’ll join the Strategy & Commercial team within Pandora’s Global CRM & Loyalty organization at HQ in Copenhagen. This team plays a key role in defining and optimizing Pandora’s global CRM & Loyalty strategy, ensuring data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and high-performance program execution. 

You’ll work closely with our Global Strategy & Commercial Manager and Performance Specialists, supporting day-to-day activities that drive experimentation, business reporting, and customer strategy development. 

 

Key responsibilities may include: 

  • Supporting the design, setup, and documentation of A/B tests and experiments 

  • Assisting in the analysis of campaign and program performance 

  • Preparing presentations and storytelling materials for internal stakeholders 

  • Helping maintain performance reports and contributing to reporting automation projects 

  • Supporting global markets with ad hoc requests such as data analysis, discrepancy investigations, target setting, and performance deep dives 

  • Collaborating on ad hoc projects and process improvement tasks

Who You Are 

We’re looking for a structured, curious, and analytical student who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn. 

You’ll thrive in this role if you: 

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (min. 1 year remaining) in Denmark. 

  • Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with numbers.

  • Have solid proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to work in an international team.

  • Have an interest in CRM, customer loyalty, and marketing performance

  • Communicate fluently in English (spoken and written).

 

Nice to have: 

  • Basic skills in SQL (e.g., understanding how to query and filter data). 

  • Interest or experience in using Power BI or other front-end dashboard tools. 

  • Interest or experience in Bloomreach platform.
