Student Assistant, Strategy & Planning - Global Product

Do you want to play a key role in providing support for Pandora’s Global Product function? Are you structured, resourceful and have a positive attitude? Our Global Product Strategy & Planning function is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student assistant to support on strategic projects and business deliverables. 

 

As a student assistant in Global Product Strategy & Planning you will be exposed to both strategic and administrative work. You will support with day-to-day activities within the Strategy & Planning function as well as supporting with project administration & deliverables. The position is for a structured and analytical individual with a keen eye for detail, a versatile mindset and a passion and ability to work in a highly creative environment 

 

As a student assistant you will be expected to help when/where there is a need. The tasks will be many and varied therefore versatility is key:  

  • Project administration & tracking on strategic projects 

  • KPI tracking on projects + functional KPIs 

  • Research & business analysis 

  • Create presentations & support on executive deliverables 

 
What is needed to succeed  

This role is based in the Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be around 20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required). 

You could be the ideal candidate if you're an enthusiastic team player currently pursuing or about to embark on your Master’s Degree, ideally with 2 years remaining until graduation.  

You're proactive, driven, and have a track record of high performance, whether in your studies, extracurriculars, or previous work experience. You thrive on working independently, taking ownership, and seizing opportunities. Plus, you're excited about the prospect of contributing to the world's leading jewelry brand!  

 

Adding to the above, we hope to see that you have: 

  • Genuine interest in Product Design & development, project administration & support, process optimization, data analysis etc. 

  • Strong analytical skills combined with practical, common-sense thinking  

  • Ability to manage stakeholders across all levels in a corporate setting, and ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities 

  • Excellent IT skills - especially creating solid and clear presentations in PowerPoint, and strong experience with Excel 

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Structured approach and time-management skills with the ability to work to deadline
