Student Assistant, Social Media & Organic Performance Reporting

Do you want to work with a Social Media marketing team in an international environment? Do you want to be a key contributor to social media performance reporting, executing campaigns/projects, working with local markets, and supporting the overall team? Then you may be the new Student Assistant that we are looking for! 

 

Supporting the Social Media team of the world’s leading jewellery brand 

You will be a part of Global Paid Media and Performance Marketing, and will support the Social Media team. Your main responsibility will be twofold split between social media performance reporting & insights and social campaign content planning and asset management.  

 

More specifically, your tasks will include: 

  • Organic social media performance reporting 
  • Content tagging  
  • Content management and planning  
  • Uploading and scheduling of content in our Social Media Management tools (Sprinklr and Emplifi) 
  • Support local market requests  
  • Support on filling out presentations and other documents  
  • Analysis and research leading to insights and trend spotting

Your proactive mindset means you’re always one step ahead, and you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving deep into your projects. 
Collaboration comes naturally to you—you are a humble team player with a positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow. At the same time, you are not afraid to take the lead, work independently, and deliver against deadlines. 

Additionally, we hope you can demonstrate: 

 

  • At least 1 year left on your studies within a relevant field of study  
  • Great attention to detail and a highly organized approach to project management and planning. 
  • Hands-on and proactive work mindset  
  • An analytical thinking and a proficiency working with data in Excel 
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)  
  • Fluent in English in both writing and speaking

Additional Information 

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and your working hours will be 15-20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
