Deliver value as part of our Global Revenue Growth Management team

Revenue Growth Management is a key strategic focus at Pandora, playing a vital role in shaping our revenue development and long-term profitability.

We’re constantly evolving our capabilities across areas such as pricing architecture, promotional effectiveness, competitive positioning, and margin understanding—and we’re looking for a Student Assistant to join us on this exciting journey.

You’ll become part of an international, performance-driven team working at the heart of Pandora’s commercial engine—where curiosity, collaboration, and a can-do spirit are part of everyday life.

As Student Assistant in RGM & Pricing, you will be responsible for conducting analysis and communicating key pricing insights to a range of Pandora stakeholders in support of the Merchandising team and the wider business. In short, you will be responsible for assembling data and on a range of price-related topics and help drive valuable insights. Key accountabilities include:

  • Support in analyzing pricing performance and identifying growth opportunities across markets
  • Help prepare presentations and insights for senior stakeholders
  • Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Assist in conducting ad hoc analysis to support revenue growth management decisions

Curious, analytical and team player

You might be the person we are looking for if you are a eager to learn and are an enthusiastic team player currently or about to be studying for your Master’s Degree – ideally with 2 years before you graduate. You have strong analytical and numerical skills, and you enjoy working on large sets of data, analysing them and extracting key insights and conclusions to present in a simple manner. You can collaborate cross-functionally and thrive working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Furthermore, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data
  • Relevant work experience within the above areas is preferable, but not required
  • Interest in retail, fashion or FMCG industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
  • Strong written English skills and ability to write in a clear and compelling manner
