Student Assistant, Process Excellence

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student to support our Process Excellence team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with ERP platforms like Microsoftand SAP ERP, while helping to document, test, and improve critical global processes – Forward and return distribution flows as well as testing capabilities like Click & Collect, loyalty programs and much more.
You'll be joining a team that drives process alignment and operational excellence across Pandora’s global value chain. If you have a structured mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to learn, you’ll thrive in this role.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in documenting and testing new functionalities and changes to ERP systems
- Create test data for operational system testing across Microsoft and SAP ERP platforms
- Support mapping of global Distribution & Supply Chain processes
- Assist in global process audits to ensure compliance with business standards
- Help create and refine test scripts – and explore tools for automation and standardization
Mini projects
- System folder mapping: Help organize and streamline documentation of folder paths across our global systems
- User guide structure: Co-develop a new structure for internal guides to improve accessibility, categorization, and reuse of past project insights – potentially using AI tools for data enrichment, easy access and clean-up
What we’re looking for
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Value Chain or a related field – ideally with 2 years left in your studies
- Interest in ERP systems and process optimization
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio – ERP exposure is a plus
