Student Assistant, People Strategy & Tranformation

Pandora is currently looking for an ambitious and proactive Student Assistant to join our People Strategy & Transformation team in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to support strategic initiatives and transformation projects while learning how a global organization drives change and business development.
This Student Assistant role offers you the chance to contribute to impactful projects with guidance from experienced professionals. You will support the team in driving Pandora’s People Strategy and Transformation agenda, working on project coordination, data analysis, and preparing presentations that inform leadership decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, structure, and turning insights into actionable improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives within People Strategy & Transformation, including business development and operating model projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication material. Support VP in driving the organizational heartbeat by preparing for leadership and function meetings.
- Assist with project coordination, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data for ongoing projects and reporting purposes.
- Contribute to the organizational heartbeat by supporting leadership and function meetings.
- Perform ad hoc tasks such as creating executive-level slides and improving processes.
Qualifications
- Currently in your 3rd year of Bachelor or 1st year of Master, preferably in Business Administration, Strategy, HRM, or similar field.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
- Interest in strategy, transformation, and/or change management.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in strategic projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Additional Information
- You are expected to work 15–20 hours per week.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
