Join our People Insights & Data team as a Student Assistant and make a real impact on our business! As a Student Assistant in People Insights & Data, your role is to support the development of advanced analytics, automation solutions, and experimentation within the People Insights & Data team. You’ll be our data detective! You’ll work closely with a friendly and collaborative team who value each other's ideas and contributions. Your main tasks will be to:
- Assist in the design, testing, and refinement of predictive and machine learning models (e.g., attrition risk, segmentation, engagement drivers)
- Support data automation workflows, including transformation scripts and automated reporting pipelines
- Conduct exploratory analysis and prototyping of new analytics use cases and tools (e.g., LLMs, GenAI applications)
- Collaborate with Manager, People Data Products on internal innovation projects
- Apply technical skills to streamline insight delivery and reduce manual reporting burden
- Document findings, methodologies, and tools for reuse and knowledge sharing

This role is based in the Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be around 20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
Proactive, with a data mind set
You could be the ideal candidate if you’re self-driven, problem-solving, comfortable in navigating ambiguity. You are currently pursuing or about to embark on your Master’s Degree, ideally with 1-2 years remaining until graduation. You thrive on working with programming tools, maintaining clear code comments, taking ownership, and seizing opportunities! Adding to the above, we hope to see that you are:
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics with a strong quantitative focus or a related field
- Genuinely interested in data challenges
- Eager to iterate on prototypes and incorporate peer feedback on code quality and design
- Adapts to shifting priorities
- Bringing strong business acumen and commercial understanding including the awareness of data privacy and confidential information
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- It is an advantage if you have exposure to machine learning and/or natural language processing concepts
- It is an advantage if you are also skilled in one or more of the following tools: Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL
- It is an advantage if you are familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
