Learn from a global HR team 
In the Global Office HR-team, we aim to raise the bar on the people experience. We are an international team of professionals who enjoy spending time together, and we have an informal tone and a flat structure. As Student Assistant, you will provide support to the Global Office Team, including project management and support to our Directors & Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs).

 

Your main tasks will be to:   

  • Provide proactive project management for the Global Office HR team, in particular owning the day to day management of the Global Office engagement plan and associated project pillars. This includes: being the project manager for the Global Office Engagement plan (onboarding, leadership development, employee experience), where the role is to track, monitor and ensure progress of the project pillars.
  • Provide support to Directors & HRBPs on an ad hoc basis, within the business partnering space. For example, on topics relating to: analytics, preparation of presentations, drafting project plans etc. You might also be involved in other tasks relating to HR operations and process optimisation.
  • Own & coordinate Pandora Friends (social employee network) and Pandora Voices (employee representative group) across Pandora’s global HQ.
  • Owning the creation of the monthly Global Office People Leader Newsletter.

This role is based in the Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be around 20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).

 

Proactive, and with a positive mind set 
You could be the ideal candidate if you have a proactive self-starter mind-set, currently on your Bachelor’s degree or pursuing your Marster’s Degree, ideally with 1-3 years remaining until graduation. You’re structured, flexible and eager to learn. You have an interest in employee experience and a wish to have tangible and practical impact in an organisation. Plus, you're excited about the prospect of contributing to the world's leading jewelry brand! Adding to the above, we hope to see that you are: 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, Strategy, People & Organization, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Bringing strong business acumen and commercial understanding/interest.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Has experience with running projects independently, the Microsoft office packages – especially excel and PowerPoint.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience working within an HR team in a project/activity role, or a similar role in another function.
