Support across Supply Chain disciplines 

As a Student Assistant in our Point of Sales Materials (POSM) Supply Chain team, you will gain valuable hands-on experience supporting various supply chain activities. You’ll collaborate with supply and demand planners and work closely with the Global Planning Manager on key tasks across our global operations.

Your areas of responsibility 

In this role, you will take ownership of various tasks and interact with stakeholders at all levels. Your key responsibilities may include: 

  • Maintaining and enhancing master data 
  • Supporting the team with diverse supply chain tasks related to POSM 
  • Conducting data analysis and reporting 
  • Creating impactful presentations 
  • Assisting with campaign execution 
  • Supporting implementation of new global processes 

 

Who you are 

We’re looking for someone proactive, curious, and performance-driven. You enjoy taking initiative, have a keen eye for detail, and work well independently and collaboratively. Ideally, you bring: 

  • Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with at least 1 year remaining 
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage with stakeholders across functions 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
  • A genuine interest in supply chain management and related disciplines 
  • A mindset that challenges the status quo and seeks improvement

Your team is within the Global Supply Chain function, and you will be reporting into Global Planning Manager of POSM Supply Chain, Global Operations. 

 

Additional information 

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required). 

 In order to apply for this position, you need to currently be a student enrolled in a Danish university.
