Student Assistant, Merchandising Controlling & OTB

Pandora is currently looking for an ambitious and proactive Student Assistant to join our Merchandising Controlling & OTB (Open-To-Buy) team in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to support financial and merchandising processes while learning how a global organization manages product investments and inventory planning.
This Student Assistant role offers you the chance to contribute to impactful projects with guidance from experienced professionals. You will support the team in managing OTB processes, analyzing data, and preparing reports that inform strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on numbers, structure, and collaboration, and wants to understand the mechanics behind retail planning and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy in reports
- Monitoring, analysing sales data and commercial trends
- Enhance currently existing reports and build new ones
- Assist in collaboration with other merchandising teams to track inventory levels and ensure alignment with sales forecasts and targets
- Monitoring of key merchandising KPIs
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to regular routines of MFP team
Qualifications
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar, ideally with at least 2 year left in your studies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel; PowerBI skills are a plus
- Experience in international companies through internship or student positions, preferably from retail, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Information
- You are expected to work 15–20 hours per week.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
