Student Assistant, Jewellery Cabinet & Masterdata

Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and service-minded? Do you have a passion for organization and communication? We are looking for a dedicated Student Assistant to join our team and support our Marketing department.
 

You will become part of a small team where your primary function will be to support Marketing with jewellery loans from our jewellery cabinet, as well as manage and update our loan database. This will be done in close collaboration with the Content Production team and the teams other Student Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receive, handle, and register new collections.
  • Administer weekly loans to Marketing based on briefs from key stakeholders – the loans can vary in quantity and conflict in timing, which you must be able to handle.
  • Process returned jewellery from loans: sort the jewellery, separate the styles, find product numbers, update the database, label the items, and place them back in the cabinet.
  • Practical tasks for each new collection: create labels for all products, organize space in the cabinet, print labels for drawers, and possibly rearrange – approximately seven times a year.
  • Create content overviews for each collection.
  • Remove discontinued products from the cabinet approximately every three months.
  • Ad hoc tasks: find prices for the catalog, answer emails, maintain weekly contact with the Design team and develop workflows with key stakeholders, etc.

We are looking for a talented team-player with a keen eye for detail
To succeed in this role, it is important that you are meticulous and highly detail-oriented in your way of working, have a good sense of order, and possess service-minded communication skills. Furthermore, we hope to see that you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant study program within Design, Marketing, Business Administration or similar, ideally with at least one year left.
  • Flexible in terms of working hours and has a passion for product.
  • Able to work physically at our office.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Has a strong ability to maintain order and a keen eye for detail.
     

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required). Start date will ideally be January 2025, but can be flexible.
