In this global role, you will report directly to the Executive Assistant of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) & HRC&S. In the HRC&S team, you will become a part of a diverse team, where curiosity and a can-do spirit are a part of everyday-life. A position as Student Assistant in HRC&S will offer you an opportunity for both personal and professional development in a global organization. You will be responsible for administration, coordination and think one step forward by driving creative solutions to support the office environment. An example: If it’s warm outside, be creative and order ice cream to the office. Stakeholder management skills are a key to success, as you will be working with various stakeholders across levels. Key responsible includes:

  • Calendar management  
  • Management of expense reports 
  • Planning and executing floor activities and gatherings, as well as other similar initiatives in the department and the Global Office (From tour department to winter party)
  • Facilitating the onboarding sessions
  • Support with Townhalls, Newsletter, New Joiners, etc.
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Maintain office treats
  • Ad hoc coordination & administrative tasks

   

What we are looking for:    

We are seeking a proactive and structured student assistant to support our HRC&S team. You are organized and able to balance between different tasks and needs. Ideally, you are:

 

  • Enrolment in a Bachelor’s program or AP degree in service management or a related field with at least 2 years left of your studies
  • Strong ability to work independently while still being a team player
  • Proactive analytical thinker with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Have the understanding for confidential information, since the student assistant will work close to the C-level
  • Having a passion to support people and are service minded as well as flexible
  • Strong communication skills in English.

 

Additional information:

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required). Preferred, 2-3 days weekly. In order to apply for this position, you need to currently be a student enrolled in a Danish university.
