As a student assistant in Pandora Group Finance, you will join a dedicated and professional finance team in charge of the Group consolidation, controlling and external financial reporting of the Pandora Group. You will be working in an international environment with colleagues across Europe, America and Asia based out of Pandora’s Global HQ in central Copenhagen.

 

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist the team delivering high quality reporting to key stakeholders to enable a solid decision-making foundation. This is a chance to join the world’s largest jewellery brand and work with dedicated people in a cross-functional playing field with highly skilled and ambitious colleagues motivated to support PANDORA’s growth aspirations across our global footprint. Alongside with the team, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Participate in financial reporting
  • Participate in Internal Controls Framework (ICF) and interact with the business on identifying and mitigating financial risk
  • Managing Pandora’s ICF monthly reporting tool and the current ICF ranking details and administer all changes to controls in the tool
  • Participate in month-end-closing activities including financial controlling of Pandora’s +60 subsidiaries
  • Ad-hoc projects within the financial controlling and reporting space

Qualifications

  • Have 2-3 years left of your studies within Finance or similar – with excellent results
  • Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple and structured manner
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally

  • Self-driven, ambitious and motivated team player
  • Self-driven, ambitious and curious individual with a desire to take ownership of tasks.
  • A flair for strong processes and have a good attention to details.

 

Your new team

Group Reporting is responsible for the integrity of PANDORA’s internal reporting and the quarterly and annual reporting to the stock exchange in Copenhagen. We want to be the best performing Group Reporting function among large global brands. We are ambitious about our role and how we can actively support PANDORA’s future growth. We are looking for a person who is eager to engage with colleagues across the organisation to achieve the best solutions for PANDORA.

 

Additional information

  • You are expected to work 15-20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
  • Start date: Ad soon as possible.
