Learn from a global team
At Pandora, it’s all about people, craftsmanship and creating meaningful connections, and that mindset is at the heart of our Global Talent Acquisition team. Our mission is to raise the bar for how we attract world‑class talent across our career bands, ensuring every hire helps shape Pandora’s future.
We are a diverse, collaborative and curious team who believe great results come from working closely together, sharing ideas, and enjoying the journey along the way. Our culture is informal, inclusive, and built on trust, with a flat structure and plenty of room to learn and grow. You will report to the Senior Manager in the team and work closely with colleagues across Global Talent Acquisition, receiving ongoing guidance, feedback, and support in weekly touchpoints.
In this role, you will:
- Research and identify top talent globally using LinkedIn and market insights
- Map industries and target companies to build a deep understanding of the business landscape
- Create compelling, on‑brand job adverts using storytelling that reflects Pandora’s values and purpose
- Screen CVs and applications, assessing talent against role requirements
- Prepare and present shortlists to hiring stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews and support assessment processes
- Contribute to the development of new tools and ways of working to enhance effectiveness, quality, and candidate experience across the team
This is a unique opportunity for the student who’s looking to build your career within HR, Talent Acquisition and/or Search & Selection.
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be around 20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
What is needed to succeed
You are a passionate team player who is currently enrolled in an educational institution, ideally with around two years remaining until graduation. You are naturally curious, proactive, and motivated, with a proven track record of strong performance - through your academic achievements, extracurricular activities, or previous work experience.
You take pride in working independently, are comfortable taking ownership and initiative, and enjoy turning ideas into action. Most importantly, you are excited about the opportunity to grow your career within the world’s largest jewelry brand, contributing to a purpose‑driven business where people truly matter.
We also hope you bring:
- Relevant studies within Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or any other related field
- A genuine interest in HR and/or Talent Acquisition, with a curiosity for how people and business connect
- Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels in a global organization like Pandora
