Now you have the chance to join Pandora as a Student Assistant in Global Sustainability, to support across topics such as human rights, responsible sourcing, compliance, nature and circularity. 

 

Pandora has taken significant steps in recent years to set the bar for sustainability in the global jewellery industry. We will halve greenhouse gas emissions across our value chain by 2030 and have shifted our sourcing to 100% recycled silver and gold. We are spearheading the use of lab-grown diamonds made with 100% renewable energy and no longer use mined gemstones. We are also making strong progress towards our target for gender parity in senior leadership. 

 

The main areas of responsibility are: 

Our new Student Assistant will help progress Pandora’s sustainability agenda across multiple topics such as nature, water stewardship, partnerships, ESG compliance and human rights. Your main responsibilities will be:   

  • Conducting research e.g. on new legal ESG requirements, company benchmarking or deep diving into a particular topic 

  • Supporting on ESG reporting (e.g. Annual Report, TISC Statement, investor questionnaires) through data gathering, proofreading and design elements 

  • Communications support e.g. preparing PowerPoint slides and other materials, updating websites etc.  

  • Planning meetings, taking meeting notes and supporting internal stakeholder engagement 

  • Ad hoc assistance where needed across various sustainability topics 

 

Your new team:  
You will be part of a global sustainability team at our Global Office in Copenhagen, that drives all aspects of Pandora’s strategic ESG agenda. You will be part of a team with a great collaborative culture and high ambitions.  

  
What is needed to succeed:   

We believe that a student with the following experience and skillsets is well-suited for this position:  

  • Sustainability is part of your curriculum, ideally in a business context.  

  • Strong project management/coordination skills  

  • Good research skills  

  • Professional proficiency in English speaking and writing  

  • Good communications skills, particularly written materials and presentations   

  • Agile and ready to work across different sustainability issues 

  • Ideal candidate is in the last year of Bachelor studies or about to start a Master’s degree
