Student Assistant, Global Operations

Pandora is currently looking for an ambitious and proactive Student Assistant to join our Global Operations Excellence team in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence projects while learning how a global supply chain operates.
This Student Assistant role offers you the unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects with guidance from experienced professionals. You will support the Global Operations team in driving efficiency and alignment across Pandora’s global network, working on data analysis, performance tracking, and benchmarking activities that inform strategic decisions. You’ll also help ensure smooth processes and exceptional consumer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and turning insights into actionable improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support key initiatives in operations and logistics, from data analysis to process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights that help drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Pandora’s global network, including Regional Operations, eCommerce, and Digital teams.
- Assist with benchmarking, performance tracking, and competitor analysis to support strategic cases.
- Help maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Currently in your 3rd year of Bachelor or 1st year of Master, preferably in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration or similar field.
- Some practical experience from a student job, internship, or similar role within operations, logistics, or business processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is essential, and it’s a plus if you bring knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, data analysis skills, or experience working in global operations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Additional information
- You are expected to work 15 – 20 hours on a weekly basis
