Student Assistant, Global Marketing (GBU)

Then you may be the new Student Assistant that we are looking for.
We need someone who can use their analytical and creative skills as well as structured mindset to assist our Global Marketing (GBU) in creating Pandora’s long-term strategy. The position is for an analytical individual with a keen eye for detail, a versatile mindset, and a passion for branding & innovation. In addition to joining an established, global jewellery brand, you will work with beautiful products, and a diverse team where initiative and fresh ideas are welcomed.
You will also be responsible for your own ongoing tasks that require you to balance your time and priorities between small and big tasks, short and long-term deadlines. These tasks require proactiveness, structure, and attention to detail.
As a Student Assistant, you will be expected to help and support our Brand Managers in the following tasks:
- Gathering insights and learnings from markets, competition, merchandising, consumer/competitive research, and internal data dashboards to support the team.
- Creating ad hoc presentations.
- Creating our monthly newsletter (look at the latest trends, track competitors’ activity etc.).
The tasks might vary, depending on work priorities, therefore versatility is key for this role.
What is needed to succeed:
- Enrolled in a Business Administration, Marketing or Economics bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Experience within strategic marketing brand or product management is beneficial, however not required.
- Analytical skills and data-driven approach: ability to work with large sets of data, providing analysis and recommendations.
- Strong passion for understanding consumers and ability to dive into consumer insights.
- Ability to support Brand Managers in the creation of PowerPoint decks, with attention to detail.
- Stakeholder management: ability to manage stakeholders, build relationships and effectively collaborate with various teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent written and communication skills.

Additional information:
It is a prerequisite that you are still a student and have at least one year left in your studies. Working hours per week: on average 20; less around exams and more when possible and required.
