You will join the Global Loyalty & Clienteling Team that is run out of our headquarters in Copenhagen and is part of the Global Marketing organization. Within the overall ambition of building love for our brand and becoming the most desirable brand in the accessible jewellery market, it’s our responsibility to engage and reward customers to build and maintain strong customer relationships, i.e. through our loyalty programs.


As a Student Assistant, you will be supporting our two Loyalty Managers and Two Loyalty Specialists with day-to-day operational tasks, particularly focused on e-mail communication initiatives for our two loyalty programs Pandora Club and My Pandora. You will be working alongside our Communication Loyalty Specialist creating and maintaining communication programs that engage and inspire our customers. The scope of the role will not be static but evolve with time and the right candidate will equally have an agile attitude and embrace change. More specifically, your key responsibilities may include:

  • Handling formatting and text related updates to automated e-mail flows
  • Assisting in specifying new email flows and messaging  
  • Creating Power Point presentations on communication related initiatives
  • Managing framework for tracking solutions
  • Assisting on formulating test cases, conducting tests and proof reading
  • Pulling numbers for monthly reporting
  • Assisting key markets with specific requests

We are looking for a strong talent who can work independently and who is self-motivated, driven and ambitious. At the same time, we expect you to be a team player who enjoys collaborating closely with stakeholders across a large organization. It’s important that you have a systematic and structured approach to solve tasks and that you embrace change and new challenges. Additionally, we hope you have and can demonstrate:

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Marketing or similar - with at least 1 year left in your studies
  • Strong skills in Microsoft applications (I.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Good knowledge and strong interest in Marketing disciplines like consumer loyalty, CRM and communication

Additional Information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
