Student Assistant, End-to-End Process Execution

Global End-to-End (E2E) Process is a small but ambitious team responsible for facilitating the development of new products and campaigns by setting the key milestones, clearly communicating deliverables and ensuring process governance from innovation to launch. The E2E team works closely with functions across Global and Local Markets, offering the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of teams and business areas.
The Student Assistant in the E2E team is an excellent communicator, proactive and has a can-do attitude. Ability to shift between different tasks on busy working days is key, therefore a structured and independent approach to work is expected.
The main responsibilities of a Student Assistant in the Global E2E Process are:
- Support the team on process optimization and development of new tools to improve ways of working
- Deliver strong and clear presentations such as process playbooks, project plans and timeline overview
- Own status update reports ensuring milestones and deadlines are clearly communicated
- Ensure alignment of key milestones across the E2E tracking documents
- Set the standards and best practices for SharePoint usage and management
- Support Line Manager on process improvement optimization and projects
- Support the E2E Team on ad-hoc admin requests

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate is:
- Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Economics or similar
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Able to work independently and to prioritize
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever changing and fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, structured and has excellent attention to detail
- Fluent in English
Additional information:
Start date is flexible but ideally in January 2024. The role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Expected 20 working hours on average per week (less around exams and more when possible and required). To apply for this position, you need to currently be a student enrolled at a Danish university.
