Student Assistant, Design Development

The Design Development team:
Design Development works closely with Design and our Production facility in Thailand to develop our jewelry from sketch to a beautiful finished sample.
You will be working within a creative and passionate team who are dedicated to delivering magnificent products within tight timelines. We need a Student Assistant to help support the team in the day-to-day running of the department in both admin and physical sample management.
Your key responsibilities:
- Help organize and prepare product samples and trays
- Support with weekly shipments and keep sample areas tidy
- Update calendars, timelines, and shared folders
- Upload product info and support with simple data tasks
- Keep boards, trays, and displays up to date
- Order and manage materials like labels and magnets
- Assist with various tasks to support the team’s daily work

Additional information:
It is a prerequisite that you are still a student and have at least one year left in your studies. Working hours per week: on average 20; less around exams and more when possible and required.
