Your Role in the Team
As a Student Assistant, you’ll be part of the Customer Lifecycle & Loyalty team in the CRM & Loyalty organisation at Pandora’s HQ in Copenhagen. We are part of the Global Marketing organization with a mission to drive customer engagement through our e-mail and mobile channels and through our two loyalty programs, My Pandora and Pandora Club.
Supporting our team of five Managers and Specialists as well as three external consultants, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing customer communications, especially email-based initiatives. You’ll work closely with our Customer Lifecycle Specialists to ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand values and deepens customer connection.
Examples of core responsibilities include:
- Formatting and updating automated email flows
- Assisting in the creation and refinement of new flow specifications and messaging
- Preparing presentations on communication initiatives
- Update content elements for e-mails and loyalty programs
- Orchestrate copy translation
- Solve ad hoc administrative tasks to support the broader team

Who You Are
We’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented team player with a collaborative mindset and a drive to learn.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field (min. 1,5 year remaining)
- Are structured, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
- Have strong skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Have an interest in CRM, customer loyalty, and consumer engagement strategies
