  • Support designer onboarding: welcome kits, access, schedules, intros, programs, etc
  • Organize team meetings for VP and their direct reports
  • Create Team Meeting presentations based on VP requests
  • Support VP on collecting presentations, documents, files and putting together presentations when needed
  • Own a running “parking lot” of ideas the VP wants to return to (future projects, process changes, opportunities)
  • Maintain and update New Era moodboard (Charms & Carriers specific)
  • Maintain and update Hotlist document ensuring it is used  (Charms & Carriers specific)
  • Track birthdays, milestones, anniversaries, and create small moments of acknowledgment and celebration.

Ideally, you have:

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • A genuine interest in product design and working in a creative environment
  • Excellent IT skills, especially in creating clear and visually appealing presentations
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • A structured approach to work and strong time-management abilities

What is needed to succeed:

This role is based at Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. You’ll work approximately 20 hours per week on average - less during exam periods and more when possible or required.

You could be the ideal candidate if you're currently pursuing or about to begin your Master’s degree, ideally with two years remaining. You’re proactive, driven, and have a track record of high performance in your studies, extracurriculars, or previous work experience. You enjoy working independently, taking initiative, and contributing meaningfully to a team.
