Student Assistant, Content Production - Jewelry Cabinet & Masterdata

City:  Copenhagen V
Country/Region:  DK
Application Deadline:  09/03/2026

Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and service-minded? Do you have a passion for organization and communication?

Pandora is currently looking for a dedicated Student Assistant to join our team and support our Marketing department. You will become part of a small team where your primary function will be to support Marketing with jewelry loans from our jewelry cabinet, as well as manage and update our loan database. This will be done in close collaboration with the Content Production team and the team’s other Student Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, handle, and register new collections.

  • Administer weekly loans to Marketing based on briefs from key stakeholders – the loans can vary in quantity and conflict in timing, which you must be able to handle.

  • Process returned jewelry from loans: sort the jewelry, separate the styles, find product numbers, update the database, label the items, and place them back in the cabinet.

  • Practical tasks for each new collection: create labels for all products, organize space in the cabinet, print labels for drawers, and possibly rearrange – approximately seven times a year.

  • Create content overviews for each collection.

  • Remove discontinued products from the cabinet approximately every three months.

  • Ad hoc tasks: find prices for the catalog, answer emails, maintain weekly contact with the Design team, and develop workflows with key stakeholders, etc.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant study program, with ideally at least 1.5 years left of your studies.

  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience within the jewelry industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

  • Flexible in terms of working hours and motivated by working closely with products in a creative and commercial environment.

Personal Competencies

  •  Detail-oriented, structured, and meticulous in your way of working.

  •  Service-minded with clear and professional communication skills.

  • Proactive and able to take responsibility for tasks and follow them through independently.

  •  A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse colleagues.

  •  Curious, eager to learn, and motivated by contributing to high-quality product work in a global brand.
