Pandora is currently looking for an ambitious Student Assistant with a flair for insights to join our team in Copenhagen. At Pandora, the global Consumer Insights & Marketing Analytics team is the voice of the consumer within the organization, ensuring that the business keeps its consumer at heart. We use research to unpack complex business problems, build strategic recommendations and help shape the future of Pandora.

 

This Student Assistant role offers you the unique opportunity to take ownership of projects, with guidance from experts on the team. You will support the Consumer Insights team with a focus on always-on consumer centricity, helping build continuous consumer closeness through agile, real-time research and intimacy, and will get the chance to deliver consumer-driven recommendations that impact business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on curiosity, empathy, and translating insights into strategic impact across the organization.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the operation of the online consumer community platform, including vendor coordination and tool management, as well as offering hands-on support on the execution of research projects via the community (e.g. questionnaire programming and deployment, data analysis & visualization, reporting, etc.).
  • Supports on agile research initiatives to meet cross-functional needs (e.g., desk research, ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative studies).
  • Supports the operation of the social listening tool, including vendor coordination and tool management, and using the tool to monitor consumer sentiment and emerging behaviours in real time.
  • Maintains and organizes the internal insights repository, ensuring all folders and reports are correctly stored, labelled, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinates the creation and distribution of the monthly Consumer Insights & Marketing Analytics newsletter, summarizing key insights and updates for internal stakeholders.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Entering the 1st year of your Master or 3rd year of your Bachelor, preferably within Market Research, Marketing, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Cultural Studies, Cognitive Sciences, Economics/Business, or a similar field
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience with quantitative analysing tools (e.g. SPSS) and survey programs would be an advantage, but not required
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Additional information

  • You are expected to work 15 – 20 hours on a weekly basis
