Design stores from initial space planning through 3D and technical drawings
The Store Planning team designs stores and retail spaces to create the optimal shopping experience. As a Specialist, you will design new stores and remodels from the initial 2D layouts through 3D visualizations and technical drawing packages. You will balance design, budget and local requirements when planning stores, taking an individual design approach within the global concept guidelines. You will help drive brand desirability by contributing to building world class stores. This is a role that will be supporting the rest of the team members by working on all global markets, wherever there is need.
In this role, you will need to understand and use the technical tools that are developed for the team, and execute store designs with attention to detail and exemplar drawing execution. You will be providing feedback to your peers and managers on ways of working and technical tools. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Designing shop-in-shop and multi-brand locations, as well as retail and stand-alone stores
- Taking ownership of your individual projects to ensure design brand standards and Revit templates and tools are executed to a high level
- Managing your time to deliver on your weekly commitments
- Partnering weekly with the Store Planning Managers to support team deadlines and deliverables
- Working on ad hoc projects such as developing 3D modelling tools and templates, presentations for the Store Planning team and construction and design details, as needed.
In order to succeed
You are a self-driven professional with a solution-based mentality in your approach to work. You have a flexible and positive mindset, in order to support our team-based approach to addressing our fast-paced environment and robust pipeline. You enjoy collaborating in teams, but also feel comfortable working independently. Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:
- 2-4 years of experience in Retail Store Design
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Strong experience with Revit Autodesk
- Experience and passion for 3D drawing and visualization
- Experience with Microsoft and Adobe platforms
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Your new team
The Global Store Planning (GSP) team supports our regional Store Planning teams in each clusters, of which there are nine, in designing and building Pandora stores. GSP provides 2D, 3D and technical drawings and project management support to our cluster teams. The team delivers 10-15 store design projects a week, to support the Pandora growth platform, the Phoenix strategy.
You will be part of a very international team consisting of various nationalities, working across multiple countries. We believe in the strength of teamwork and collaboration, and we run the extra mile for our stakeholders and each other. We are ambitious, hardworking and very quality and result focused, but we always have time for a good laugh, and we prioritise the social aspects of our teamwork very highly.
