The Cyber Security Resilience team is responsible for working with product teams, manufacturing teams, infrastructure, and wider Pandora to ensure strengthening the security posture and improve our ability to prevent threats and vulnerabilities across our IT and OT environment. The team is responsible for continuing the development and implementation of our architect capabilities by combining all our tech, digital and data talents to accelerate, drive and revamp the digital landscape and strengthen our Cyber Security posture as part of Pandora’s digital journey.

As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Copenhagen, we are looking for Security Specialist to focus on ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability. Pandora and the team has a hybrid model with work from home and office model, with colleagues in Copenhagen and Bangkok.

 

Your role as a Security Specialist:

 

As a new Security Specialist you will work with the Cyber Security Resilience team to identify security requirements in new projects and amendments to existing systems, and processes. You will also contribute to a Pandora security architecture and a view of digital resilience.

 

  • Act as a trusted security advisor to tech teams to embed secure-by-design principle in the early stage of solution design

  • Review project proposals, define security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on risks, business impact, and cost.

  • Drive implementation and standardization of security target architecture

  • Define and document what security requirements Pandora should apply to key technologies

  • Increase maturity of Security Architecture processes, artifacts and documentation

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and can find simple solutions in complex environments and communicate them effectively.

  • Ability to explain complex security concept in simple term to gain acceptance from non-technical teams

  • Passionate about information security and keep up to date with emerging risks and trends

  • Proactive, positive and an advocate for continuous improvement in information security and Pandora with the ability to support multiple projects successfully

 

What is needed to succeed:

 

  • A relevant degree in IT, information security or equivalent experience.

  • Some experience in security, including understanding of security processes

  • Able to critically review proposals, identify potential security gaps and provide recommendations to mitigate

  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders globally

  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to persuade

  • Ambition – you will be expected to learn and grow in security architecture

  • Curiosity – willingness to jump in and learn new standards and technologies, and ask questions

  • A fundamental understanding of IT systems and stay up to date with the latest security standards, systems, as well as best practice security products
