Specialist, Global Retail Operations
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Global Retail Operations Specialist to help elevate store performance across Pandora’s global footprint. In close partnership with the Global Retail Operations Manager, you’ll create the development and rollout of operational standards, focusing on back-of-house optimization, inventory handling, and in-store execution.
Working cross-functionally with global and regional teams, you'll have the opportunity to support initiatives that improve process consistency, streamline store operations, and share best practices worldwide. Projects will include establishing and improving inventory handling processes, stockroom organization, as well as ongoing retail operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Global Retail Operations team in implementing and improving operational standards, focusing on inventory management, receiving processes, and stockroom organization.

Act as the operational bridge between global and regional teams, translating store needs into scalable solutions

Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities through hands-on analysis

Develop guidelines, SOPs, and training materials to facilitate the adoption of global retail standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Loss Prevention, Global Business Services, Distribution Centers, Global Security and Retail Tech, to drive operational efficiencies.

Assist in pilot testing and feedback collection for new processes across key markets.

Monitor and track progress of key initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and identifying areas for improvement.

Provide hands-on support for special projects, including—but not limited to—stockroom optimization, inventory accuracy, and products receiving process enhancement
What We’re Looking For

Solid retail operations experience, especially in inventory management or loss prevention

Ability to turn store-level insights into global process improvements

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

Confident stakeholder manager with cross-functional collaboration experience

Experience developing SOPs or training materials is a plus

Highly organized, with strong multitasking and communication skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
