Drive Commercial Success Through Strategic Demand Planning 
As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in driving Pandora’s Sell-In strategy by ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management within your designated cluster. Your insights will help balance customer demand with inventory optimization, ensuring our products are available when needed while minimizing excess stock. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver data-driven insights, refine forecasting models, and ensure inventory strategies align with Pandora’s commercial goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales insights. 

  • Collaborate with Cluster, Inventory Strategy, Merchandising and Assortment Planning teams to refine and improve forecasting models. 

  • Analyse sales data, inventory levels, and market conditions to adjust demand signals. 

  • Partner with S&OE to align demand plans with supply capabilities. 

  • Engage with Cluster Team to gather feedback on market dynamics and customer preferences. 

  • Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, on-shelf availability, and sell-out performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Conduct cluster market research to inform demand planning and inventory strategies. 

  • Support weekly trade reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and market trends. 

  • Prepare comprehensive demand planning reports, highlighting actionable recommendations. 

 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or Economics. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Merchandize Planning (experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG is a plus). 

  • Experience from a global organization 

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Logility or similar planning systems is highly desirable. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Fluency in English.
