Specialist, Talent Management - Interim

City:  Copenhagen V
Country/Region:  DK
Application Deadline:  31/1 2026

What if you could help shape the global talent engine behind one of the world’s most iconic brands? What if your work didn’t just refine processes — but elevated how thousands of people grow, develop, and thrive at Pandora? If that sparks your curiosity, this interim Specialist, Talent Management role might be your next big step.

We’re on an ambitious journey to build a worldclass talent ecosystem, and this role sits right at the heart of it. You’ll help design the frameworks, tools, and governance models that enable our global organisation to identify, develop, and retain highperforming talent. This is a strategic, designfocused role — perfect for someone who loves improving systems, shaping scalable solutions, and influencing how talent decisions are made across markets.

As a Specialist, Talent Management you will play a key role in evolving and optimising Pandora’s global talent development processes. Your work will focus on building consistent, scalable frameworks for succession planning, onboarding, capability building, and workforce planning. You’ll partner with HRBPs and leaders across the business to ensure our global talent approach is aligned, futureready, and grounded in strong governance.

This role is all about process design, continuous improvement, and strategic enablement — not operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

Global process design & ownership

  • Enhance and standardise global talent development frameworks and guidelines.

  • Optimise tools, templates, and resources to support HR teams in execution.

  • Ensure global talent processes align with Pandora’s strategic priorities and capabilitybuilding agenda.

Succession & workforce planning

  • Strengthen global methodologies for identifying talent, critical roles, and succession pipelines.

  • Maintain reporting standards and ensure consistency across markets.

Talent analytics & insights

  • Review global dashboards and metrics to monitor talent health and succession readiness.

  • Use insights to refine processes and support strategic decisionmaking.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of global talent initiatives and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Partners on global talent frameworks.

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Rewards to ensure an integrated global talent approach.

  • Support change management and communication for new global processes and tools.

We hope to see that you have

  • Strong project management skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Consulting, Organisational Development, or related fields.

  • Experience designing or supporting global talent processes (succession planning, workforce planning, onboarding, capability frameworks, culture initiatives).

  • Background in a global or matrix organisation.

  • Motivation to build scalable, bestinclass solutions for a global audience.

  • Analytical mindset with experience working with HR data and insights.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and influence across a complex organisation.

  • Fluent in English.

Your new team
In this role, you’ll report into the Senior Manager, Talent Management and work closely with HR Business Partners, global and leaders across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Rewards — ensuring that our global talent frameworks are aligned, integrated, and ready to support Pandora’s growth.
