Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical strength with operational excellence, helping us deliver world-class shopping and gifting experiences to customers around the world.

Operational excellence meets cross-functional collaboration

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day end-to-end flow of POSM, from suppliers and freight forwarders to our global Distribution Centers. You’ll ensure the right balance between product availability, inventory levels, and freight costs - spanning campaign materials, packaging, engraving devices, and more.

Success requires strong supply chain fundamentals, a structured and proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across functions such as Global Merchandising, Procurement, Logistics, Retail Operations, and Distribution Centers. You’ll also partner closely with key external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics providers, to secure seamless execution across the POSM ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your supply chain expertise and help elevate Pandora’s global retail operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing purchase orders to secure product availability and an optimal inventory mix across POSM categories
  • Monitoring supplier and forwarder delivery performance and proactively addressing risks or disruptions
  • Overseeing supply flows across POSM categories, including engraving machines and service devices
  • Providing clear communication to clusters, DCs, and global teams on availability forecasts and risk mitigation plans
  • Collaborating with Demand Planning teams to understand sales and demand forecasts
  • Maintaining safety stock levels in line with commercial and product lifecycle priorities
  • Tracking DC-level KPIs, identifying root causes of issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing freight quotes and securing optimal transport solutions for critical deliveries
  • Preparing analyses, insights, and presentations to support leadership decision-making

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, or freight forwarding
  • Experience working within a global organization
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes and operational fundamentals
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with planning tools (e.g., Logility, o9) and PowerBI is a plus
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or related fields
  • Fluent English
