Specialist, Supply Planning
Are you passionate about driving product availability and performance across a global supply chain? Do you enjoy turning complex data into actionable decisions, and collaborating across functions to bring clarity and structure to the end-to-end value chain? Then you might be the perfect fit for our Specialist, Supply Planner role at Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen.
As a Supply Planner, you will play a central role in ensuring product availability across our regional Distribution Centers (DCs), directly supporting sales and service in our stores and e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for detailed supply planning at SKU level and act as a key link between Global Supply Chain, Merchandising, and the regional teams to ensure that our products are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity.
You will focus on execution and continuous improvement of our supply planning operations, balancing commercial priorities, inventory health, and supply constraints - while maintaining high service levels to our customers and markets.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure timely and accurate order placement, with seamless execution to minimize amendments and improve availability
- Manage inter-DC transfers and order redirections to optimize product flow and minimize waste
- Run the weekly S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) meetings, aligning regional teams and global stakeholders on key decisions
- Act as a subject matter expert in supply planning, identifying gaps and driving improvements across the value chain
- Monitor and improve key planning KPIs such as stock availability, Weeks of Coverage (WOC), and supply accuracy
- Review supply projections and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risks and improve DC performance
- Analyze DC fill rates and provide insights to support initiatives that improve availability across channels
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across Global Supply Chain, Merchandising, C&S Supply Chain, and regional planning teams
We are looking for a proactive and structured supply chain professional with strong analytical capabilities, operational mindset, and excellent collaboration skills. Ideally, you have:
- 3 - 5 years of experience within Supply Planning, Supply Chain Development, or a similar function
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle and present large sets of data in a simple and actionable way
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with O9 or other planning systems is a plus
- A team player mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Curiosity, humility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
To be successful as a Supply Planner, you will need to be highly collaborative, organized, and focused on both execution and continuous improvement. You thrive on turning complexity into clarity and are energized by improving availability and product flow across the supply chain. Furthermore, we hope to see that you are:
- Fact-based, analytical, and solution-oriented
- Detail-focused without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Comfortable driving alignment across multiple functions and stakeholders
- Adaptable and resilient when faced with change
- Digitally savvy and eager to improve systems and tools
