About the Role

We are looking for a Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain team, in a role that is designed to ensure seamless planning execution while supporting our planning systems transformation journey. In this position, you will primarily focus on operational execution and analytical insights that drive product availability across regional Distribution Centers (DCs). Additionally, you will act as a Transformation superuser within the Jewellery Supply Planning team. 

 

Part of the role responsibilties will be managing SKU-level planning, optimizing inventory flows, and delivering accurate inventory analysis to support decision-making. In addition, the role will be dedicated for approximately 50% of the time as an o9 superuser during the transition from Logility to o9, in order to contribute to system configuration, testing, and end-user enablement. Post-transition, the role will continue to provide operational and analytical support within other functions in Global Supply Chain, such as the POSM Planning team, as they begin their systems transformation journey. More specifically, the role will include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate SKU-level order placement, minimizing amendments and aligning with capacity constraints.
  • Managing DC transfers and redirections to optimize product flow and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Conducting ad-hoc inventory projections, scenario analyses, and constraint reviews to anticipate risks and opportunities.
  • Acting as o9 superuser, dedicating approximately 50% of time during transition from Logility to o9 partnering with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Participating in focused training sessions in preparation for UAT testing, as well as creating interactive training materials.
  • Supporting system configuration, validation, and test cases, as well as assisting with SIT/UAT readiness to ensure smooth execution of testing cycles.
  • Providing training and troubleshooting for planning teams, promoting adoption and knowledge sharing, and providing first line end user support during o9 go-live.

 

What is needed to succeed

You are naturally a digitally savvy and curious person, with a detail-oriented approach. You're characterized by your strong analytical skills, and your ability to handle large data sets and communicate insights clearly. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and feel confident partnering with key stakeholders across the organization globally. You are a strong communicator and can manage multiple stakeholders efficiently. Most importantly, you are a humble team player, with a results-oriented mindset. 

 

Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:

  • 3-5 years of experience within Planning, Supply Chain, or similar, ideally from a global organization.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering, or similar.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of change.
  • Comfortable with data management, analysis, and visualization.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel.
  • Experience with cutting-edge supply chain planning technologies like o9.
