Specialist, Store Planning - Interim
Ready to shape the future of Pandora’s retail experience? As our new Specialist, Store Planning – Interim, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering world-class stores across global markets. This position, based at our Copenhagen HQ, offers a unique opportunity to bring Pandora’s brand to life through thoughtful, customer-centric store design.
Design excellence meets global collaboration
In this role, you will lead store planning projects for one of our market clusters, designing stores based on guidelines and a tiering strategy, while considering customer experience, budget and local requirements. You will take an individual design approach within the conceptual framework. You’ll manage weekly priorities with your market, ensure alignment with global initiatives, and deliver high-quality design packages that elevate the customer experience. You’ll also guide other Specialists supporting your cluster and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design tools and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to help Pandora grow globally and drive brand desirability by contributing to designing and building world class stores.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Designing 2D layouts for stores, shop-in-shops, and kiosks

Creating ceiling plans, 3D visualizations, and technical details

Reviewing and refining designs with your manager before market submission

Leading weekly alignment with your market on project priorities

Communicating global initiatives and new ways of working to your market

Maintaining project management tools and ensuring visibility to store openings

Reviewing snagging photos and addressing inconsistencies

Supporting team collaboration and providing feedback to peers and managers

Owning your professional development and annual goals
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

Experience in retail design, store planning, or architectural project management

Strong proficiency in Revit and other design tools

A keen eye for design and attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
A proactive, flexible mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience working with global or multi-regional retail brands is a plus

From our Copenhagen HQ, we work closely with internal and external partners to ensure every store reflects the Pandora brand and delights our customers.
