Specialist, Retail Communication
As Communications Specialist within Store Concept & Design (SC&D), you will lead the creation and delivery of retail communication assets across Pandora stores globally. Playing a key role in strengthening a consistent and recognizable brand presence in retail, you will work across campaigns and touchpoints to ensure high-quality, brand-led communication in both physical and digital store environments.
Working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, you will collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders as well as external partners to develop integrated 360° retail communication solutions. You will own communication projects end to end - from concept development and creative production to rollout, testing, and optimization - while navigating a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
This role offers the opportunity to lead creatively, think proactively, and contribute directly to the commercial and brand impact of Pandora’s retail experience worldwide.
Key responsibilities
Project & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead and manage strategic retail communication projects from scoping and planning through to delivery
- Coordinate timelines and manage multiple workstreams in parallel, ensuring structure, clarity, and on-time execution
- Act as the key point of contact for clusters, supporting local needs and ensuring smooth global-to-local implementation
Creative Development & Execution
- Develop communication concepts, guidelines, and in-store communication assets across campaigns and store concepts
- Drive creative exploration and storytelling that brings brand narratives to life in the retail environment
- Oversee testing and optimization of communication materials to maximize impact and effectiveness
- Support markets with toolkits and clear guidelines to enable consistent, high-quality execution
Insights, Performance & Implementation
- Analyze data, insights, and performance to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and effective stakeholder presentations
- Support implementation in clusters and participate in feedback loops to inform future planning
Collaboration & Enablement
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including marketing, strategy, product, retail excellence, and content production
- Work closely with external partners such as creative resources, print suppliers, and digital content vendors
- Contribute to strong ways of working by sharing knowledge and supporting planning across the SC&D team
Your profile
Experience
- Approx. 5+ years’ experience within retail marketing, store creative, or retail communication
- Strong background in planning and delivering print-based campaign materials (POSM)
- Approx. 3+ years’ experience managing projects end to end
- Experience from retail, fashion, or luxury environments is essential
- Hands-on experience with POSM printing materials and production methods
- Experience working in a global organization and with digital communication is a plus
Skills & capabilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
- Commercial and retail mindset with a customer-centric approach
- Confident stakeholder communicator and collaborative team player
- Experienced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with project management tools and templates
- Confident in Adobe InDesign and familiarity in Photoshop are a plus
- Experience with online broadcasting or digital content platforms is an advantage
