As our new Specialist, Product & Styling, you’ll play a key role in bringing Pandora’s product and styling strategies to life across our global retail network. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how customers experience Pandora through impactful styling and product presentation that drives brand consistency and commercial success.

 

Styling excellence meets global collaboration

In this role, you will develop and communicate styling guidelines that align with Pandora’s product strategy and campaign objectives. You’ll create tools and frameworks that ensure our retail environments reflect a consistent, commercial, and inspiring approach to product storytelling. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver styling initiatives that elevate campaign execution, enhance customer experience, and reinforce Pandora’s position as a full jewellery brand.

You’ll also collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure styling principles are understood, implemented and identify opportunities to optimize product presentation for business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to combine creativity with commercial insight and make a tangible impact on Pandora’s global retail experience.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing VM guidelines and tools to support product strategy across retail
  • Creating styling suggestions for campaigns and always-on retail environments
  • Collaborating with Retail Communications to ensure assets support product stories
  • Driving cross-functional alignment with Product Design, GBU, and other teams
  • Supporting store design developments to reflect product strategies
  • Ensuring styling principles are embedded through training and orchestration teams
  • Providing styling input for new store openings and campaign implementations
  • Identifying commercial styling opportunities to drive growth
  • Participating in campaign development processes and meetings
  • Conducting market visits to evaluate styling implementation and share best practices
  • Supporting styling excellence in internal events and flagship store initiatives

 

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in in-store visual merchandising or similar role
  • Background in retail industry, ideally in a management or leadership role
  • Proven project management experience within retail or product-related projects
  • Experience working in a global organization is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bonus point for efficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom)
  • A keen eye for styling and product presentation, with strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

 

Your new team

You’ll join Pandora’s Global Product Presentation team, a creative and collaborative group dedicated to delivering exceptional product storytelling and styling across all retail touchpoints. From our Copenhagen HQ, we work closely with internal partners to ensure every display reflects Pandora’s brand and delights our customers.
