Specialist, Power BI Developer – Interim (12 months contract)

The Role 

As Power BI Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating Pandora’s global CRM & Loyalty capabilities. Sitting within our Global CRM & Loyalty team, you will work closely with cross‑functional partners across Data, Tech, Channels, and our global markets to bring clarity, insight, and automation to how we understand our customers. 

This is a high‑impact role where you will design, develop, and optimise scalable dashboards and data models that support our loyalty strategy and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming CRM, transactional, and customer data into insights that shape how we engage millions of Pandora customers worldwide. 

  

What you’ll own and drive 

  • Power BI development: Build and maintain global dashboards that provide critical visibility into CRM & Loyalty performance. 

  • Data modelling: Design robust, scalable data models using Azure/Databricks as your backend. 

  • Translation of business needs: Work from clear requirements and transform them into intuitive, high‑performing BI solutions. 

  • Quality & optimisation: Ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance tuning for seamless user experiences. 

  • Reporting frameworks: Create repeatable, automated reporting structures for both global and local markets. 

  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, reduce manual work, and unlock new insights. 

  

Who you are 

You’re an analytical, detail‑driven BI developer who loves bringing structure and clarity to large, complex datasets. You thrive in global environments, enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and take pride in delivering dashboards that people rely on every day. 

You’ll bring: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics 

  • Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modelling) 

  • Strong SQL and experience with Azure and/or Databricks 

  • Experience working with CRM, loyalty, or marketing data 

  • Comfort working with large datasets and performance optimisation 

  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong stakeholder communication skills 

  • Experience in retail or FMCG is a plus 

  • Experience in global organisations is an advantage 

  • Fluency in English
