A business partner towards Pandora’s Clusters and Global CCO Organization
Commercial Finance has a crucial role in providing relevant stakeholders with the vital insights into the business of our clusters, ensuring that the right decisions are taken at the right time. As a Performance Finance Specialist in the planning team, you will be helping the team by supporting in the business partnering activities and ensuring high standards of our deliverables.
Your areas of responsibility
In this position, you will work closely with the Performance Finance, Cluster Finance teams and various other functions. Your main tasks will primarily be related to:
- Supporting short- and midterm planning including consolidation and analysis, as well as performing top-down estimates and scenario planning
- Acting as a full topline owner, aiming at understanding estimates and connecting it to the actual results
- Providing insights and recommendations about clusters’ estimates towards the ELT
- Proactively reviewing short-term estimates across the markets and clusters, and flagging risks and opportunities to ensure transparency and help to achieve group growth and profitability goals
- Supporting the planning team, in the creation of tools and processes to support both the target setting and the controlling of each plan scenario
- Ensuring high standards of planning and insights from clusters
- Managing ad hoc stakeholder requests from senior management
- Business partnering towards clusters, functions and senior management

- Furthermore, we are looking for the following competencies:
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience in a similar role
- A master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
- Advanced Excel, Power BI skills are considered a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent English skills
- Experience from the retail, fashion or FMCG industry (is a plus)
- Experience with data models, CUBEs (is a plus)
- Experience with Hyperion (is a plus)
- Project management skills (is a plus)

Global Commercial Finance works shoulder-to-shoulder and partners with the CCO area to drive and impact global commercial performance. As a team we strive to become the preferred advisor to management with a seat at every table and a say in every decision. You will report to Performance Finance Manager together with two other colleagues, as part of a diverse team of 8 in Performance Finance.
