Specialist, People Process Excellence

The Specialist, People Process Excellence plays a key enabling role within this transformation - driving operational consistency, supporting process governance, and ensuring that global processes are embedded and adopted effectively across the organization.
Position overview
The Specialist, People Process Excellence is responsible for sustaining the operational cadence of the People Process Excellence framework. The role supports global People Operations colleagues through coordination, communication, documentation, and governance activities.
Acting as an anchor between global and local stakeholders, the Specialist ensures process requests are wellmanaged, documentation is kept current, and continuous improvement initiatives are executed effectively. This role may will also serve as Scrum Master for the PES team for part of the year, enabling structured delivery through agile ceremonies and backlog management.
Key responsibilities
1. Network, Stakeholder & Market Engagement

Coordinate and facilitate the global HRIS Champions Network, including communication materials, agendas, and engagement activities.

Maintain community resources, updates, and communication channels.

Serve as liaison between global PES and local HR teams to clarify processrelated requests and strengthen globaltolocal alignment.

Gather operational insights and recurring themes from markets to inform future process improvements.
2. Demand Intake & Request Management

Operate the global HR demand intake process, ensuring requests are logged, assessed, clarified, and tracked.

Provide visibility on request status, priorities, and decision pathways.

Partner with HR Operations, Technology, and People Operations to triage, evaluate, and route incoming requests effectively.
3. Process Documentation, Training & Change Enablement

Create, update, and maintain:

Process standard, templates and shared repositories

Training materials
-
Governance documentation
-
Change communication assets
-
Coordinate publication and communication of new or updated global processes and training materials across regions.
4. Continuous Improvement & Agile Delivery

Provide operational support to process improvement initiatives (data gathering, workshop coordination, action tracking).

Perform rootcause analysis, process mapping, and identification of improvement opportunities.

Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) in the Scrum Master role.

Remove impediments, encourage collaboration, and support backlog refinement and prioritization.

Deliver reporting and insights, including dashboards on intake volume, process performance, and governance compliance, highlighting trends to guide decisionmaking.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations, process excellence, project coordination, PMO, or similar roles.

Experience working in a global environment or with distributed teams preferred.

Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) is an advantage.

Familiarity with HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors or Dayforce is an advantage.

Agile or Scrum experience preferred but not necessary.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a simple and engaging way.

Ability to partner effectively across multiple stakeholders and influence without authority.

Strong facilitation skills for workshops and meetings.

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, changing environment.

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Miro).
