As a Specialist, Merchandise Controlling & OTB, you’ll be at the heart of Pandora’s merchandise planning process - shaping forecasts, optimizing budgets, monitoring sell in & allocations and ensuring seamless collaboration across our global clusters.

In this role, you’ll combine analytical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver top-down merchandise financial plans, monitor performance, and support decision-making that maximizes sales and inventory efficiency. Your ability to connect the dots between clusters and global teams will make you a key player in our success.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate global top-down collection forecasts that guide strategic decisions.
  • Analyze and align Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans across clusters, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Create open to buy scenario plans.
  • Monitor and optimize allocations, sell-in performance, and trade patterns to recommend impactful actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Planning, and Merchandising to ensure alignment and agility.
  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven insights for cluster meetings and leadership reviews.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Supply Chain, Economics, , International Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Merchandising, or Supply Chain.
  • Retail, fashion, or FMCG experience is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to global organizations is advantageous.

 

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Advanced commercial and analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and interpret large datasets effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset that builds trust and drives teamwork.
